Effective date: July 11, 2026
Holdem Flyer helps you record poker hands, review decisions, and track poker sessions. This policy explains what information the app handles and how.
The following stays on your device and is not uploaded unless you explicitly share it (see “Sharing with friends” below):
The Friends features are optional. To use them, you sign in with Sign in with Apple or Sign in with Google. When you do, we collect:
Sign in with Apple supports Hide My Email, so you may share a private relay address instead of your real one. We use account data only to operate your account and the Friends features. The rest of the app works without an account.
Nothing is uploaded automatically. If — and only if — you tap Share and confirm the consent prompt, your session results (profit, duration, hands played, location, and date) are uploaded to our server and shown to friends you have added, including on the friends leaderboard. Your display name also appears alongside emoji reactions you leave on friends’ results.
You stay in control:
The one-time unlock is processed entirely by Apple through In-App Purchase. We never see or store your payment information. Invite codes redeemed in the app are validated on our server without requiring an account.
Shared data and account data are stored on Google Cloud servers located in the United States.
Data on your device can be deleted in the app or by removing the app. For shared data, you can hide sessions via Manage Sharing (removed from our server on the next share) or contact us to request deletion of your account and all associated server data.
Holdem Flyer is not directed to children under 13.
If this policy changes materially, we will update this page and the effective date.
